Five Wells.

The highest chambered tomb within the Peak District, perhaps even Britain. Five Wells is located in a spectacular situation on a ridge between the High Peak to the NW and the White Peak to the SE.
We parked by The Church Inn at Chelmorton.
Head a short way up hill to where the road runs out, you'll see two sign posted paths, Take the one
to the right. This is a short but steep path which levels out after about 150 metres. Head straight across the bumpy ground to the gate that takes you out onto the road. Turn left. Ahead of you the road quickly becomes a track, if you follow it for around 200 metres you'll see the site sign posted. on your right.
There are no stiles to climb, but 3 gates you'll need to pass through.
